Problems with Orders

In the unlikely event you have a problems with your order (damaged items or incorrectly shipped products), please contact our Customer Service Department at 281-324-2235.  Our Customer Service Representative will instruct you on how to handle the return of the product and replacement if desired. 

Product Returns

If you wish to return your purchase made on-line you have 2 options.  You may return the product at any of our existing Store Locations.  Also, you can contact our Customer Service Department at 281-324-2235 to arrange the return of your purchase.  The following conditions must be met to fulfill all returns.

1.  Original receipt must be included.
2   Items must be in new (re-saleable) condition.
3.  Items must be returned within 60 Days of purchase.
4.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
5.  Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred in the  returning of the items.
